Tension can manifest in different ways. One of the most common is pain and discomfort in the shoulders and upper back. I experience this a lot, especially since I work in an office. To fight this, I try to sprinkle in a few of these stretches a day.
In this video, physical therapists describe simple stretches most people can do from home. I love the chin tucks; I try to do those while typing or browsing! I came across this YouTube page a few months ago and they quickly became a favorite. The end part of this video does include equipment, just a heads up.
